It's been brought to my attention that we have not been receiving all notifications from the queries form, and it appears to be an issue with the plugin itself not recording all the information.

I did put up a new form for it and a notice on the site that we do respond to emails within 24 hours, if you don't get a response in that time frame please resubmit.
