Most of the images are actually AUP violations anyways, so just report him using the "Report a Problem" if you have not already done so. Also, it would not be a bad idea to block the user from your page.

Oh, ok, I already reported him but I didn't know that could do that when I block him

You can still block them after you've filed the report. I would suggest you do so to prevent them from coming to your page and dropping links/messages to you. Also, I do believe it prevents them from sending notes to you as well.
