due to unforeseen circumstances... Part 2 (even worse)

SOOOOOOO... this is what happened.
in my country our grading system goes from 1 to 7, and on my university the grades during the semester are worth 60% and the finals are worth 40%. because of this, if you have a grade during the semester of 6 or more, it's impossible to fail the class, since the minimum grade to pass is a 4. on one of my classes i had a 6.2 and a 6.3, currently waiting for a third grade, that's worth 10% of the final grade. it should have been up last tuesday but for some reason it wasn't up in the system yet.
I needed to know that grade, because if i could skip that test, i could move one of the final's dates to that day (the 7th). i needed to do this because i had 2 finals right next to each other, the 14th and the 15th (which is against the regulations of the carreer, because of the big ammount of stuff we need to prepare, and the finals being an oral exam, not written).
i went yesterday to the university, since i needed to know the grade i was missing, because i needed to to the paperwork to change my final's date. but the special snowflake that handles that doesn't work on fridays for some reason! and not only that, that date i could change my final's date to was moved from the 7th to the 4th, which is monday. this guy comes again to work on monday evening, the final is monday morning. so i'm pretty much screwed.
and i still don't know if i have a final on the 7th or not.
