I have never worked on a Dell because my dad doesn't like em.... but I haven't heard anything good about them really.

Yeahhh they're really bad to be honest. I even knew a guy who worked for dell and he didn't even use their products.

I've had so many problems out of this thing, it uses way too much Memory and Disk doing absolutely nothing, my old Acer which has lower specs runs better. Not to mention the wiring is shoddy (my screen's flickering out and i haven't even had this thing for a year). And the worst part, which is what lost me 4 hours of work, it just blue screens and shuts down randomly. It usually happens at least 3 times a week.

Essentially this laptop is a glorified $500 storage device :/

The best computers are Acers in my opinion. But I'm wanting to try an Asus too, the seem good for gaming.

I use a Asus lab top. It's amazing. My lab top is a "normal" lab top. *I am no computer geek or hardcore game* My mother has a gaming Asus lab top, she has had it for six months now, and it hasn't shown any problems.

My "normal" Asus lab top cant play games on there lowest graphic settings but it does get very hot... I play computer games for less then two hours at a time to avoid over heating (if that's a thing). Idk It works fine for my needs.
