Okay so lets say you know of a chatroom where all of your friends are going, except for one. Male or Female, doesn't matter. This one friend, you don't hang out with them as often as the friends that visit this chatroom, but you still care about them. Now lets say the only reason this one friend doesn't go to this chatroom is because they were harassed for nudes constantly and basically ran out. You find out later the reason why they were asked for nudes is because they had breast cancer or testicular cancer. Due to this cancer, they had to have whatever body part removed and they were so insecure about it, they never showed or told anyone. The owners of this chatroom found out about it and both in personal messages and in the chatroom they have been constantly harassing for nudes, cracking jokes at them and causing them to feel ran out of that chatroom. You now have been shown proof of this information, but what do you do? Do you continue going to the chatroom? Keep in mind all of your friends are going and this one friend isn't someone you hang out with as much as the others
as for my friends, fuck them. if they think havinga part removed is funny, i would gladly take a rusty meat cleaver to their equivalent part depending on their gender. (mainly their dick because i have no female friends lol) i'd give them one hell of a personal one-on-one callout. sending hem a note, shouting at them over skype, generally tell them how much of an embarrassment they are and that they don't DESERVE to be my friend.
rarely hanging out with someone doesn;t mean they're any less of a friend than someone you talk to daily. that's "ranking friends", which is unfair.
friends are friends, and if one is being harassed, i'm always going to stand by the one i barely talk to over the ones i always talk to.
fuck the chatroom. report it, DDOS it, call them out. that's just abuse of power.
