That is pretty much me and my internet/telephone company on a daily basis.

Might be a slight overkill with the rampage, but yeah, someone is not doing their work.
My internet provider sucks since they promised an internet speed and I don't get more than 250 kb/s, and once I start downloading it falls down to 50 kb/s.
Not to mention I have a 30Gb limitation, and I easily spend over 1Gb when I watch less than 6 hours of anime on Crunchyroll, which sucks.
So yeah, I will be glad once I get fiber this summer so I can throw out my router and embrace the technology of the 21st century with 16 years of delay.

So to make it short: I feel your pain so badly.
