Ok so lets say your playing this and you want more people to play with...

Facebook invite = while this is all and good you only get some suggested users in game unless you talk to them on the main site...

Union invite = Don't know how to do this exactly...

Party invite = Only really works if your the host...

Is there any other way like ID # invite or give your name and invite like that?

Please be aware that even if you note your ID or anything, other may be able to look at them, ID#'s are more personal then other info...
