I'm shifting the way I do my commissions from a queue of full pieces to something a little more flexible where I can work on full commissions and take some smaller stuff as well. So what does this mean?

I'll be working on my commissions by taking one full commission only at a time. Since that means that I'll have a much more limited selection of slots, the only way to get a full commission from me in the future will be to add your commission to my waitlist. This waitlist will be available publicly in a separate journal. Once I complete a full commission, I'll be moving to the next request on the waitlist and all future commissions will come with a two week guarantee--if I don't finish it within two weeks of confirming your commission with you, you'll get the money you paid down back.

That brings me to my next new thing: down payments. On all future commissions over $100, I will take a 50% down payment and then upon completion, I will send a second invoice for the rest. You will not be billed until I receive the go ahead to start working from you, and by filling out the Google form to get on the waitlist, you are under no obligation to commit to the commission.

In the coming days, I will also be posting a revamped official version of my ToS that includes this change among a few others. All people who fill out the doc will be notified of the ToS change before I confirm their commission.
