1. I will allow description/text-only references if that's all you have -- If you only have text description Please be clear on every detail of your character and include everything visual [personality matters and will help determine the look of the character/posture and stuff, but back story is not important to its visual appearance, bullet points preferred over paragraphs. There will be a bit of back-and-forth as I try to get the details right, but please don't forget any details and come back later with 'Oh yeah, my character has that!' Keep all details contained to one email.
2. I will allow any gender/sex and their genitalia.
