-Must be 18 years old to commission me. Due to legal law with minors not being able to go into a buying contract, unless with parent/guardian consent. Must have written proof of consent emailed to me otherwise I will not accept the commission. I have the right to decline a commission if it seems too complicated for me to finish.

-By commissioning me(EmeraldSolstice Fursuits) you are giving me permission to take pictures of the product to post to my gallery along with your name(fur name, I will never give out personal information) at any time.
-My business hours are followed by as such:
Monday: 9-4pm CT
Tuesday: 9-4pm CT
Wednesday: 9-4pm CT
Thursday: 10-5pm CT
Friday: Varies
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off
-I am a stay at home mom and this is my only source of income with a 2 year old. So project will take a little bit of time to complete. Please do not for any reason ask why it is taking so long to finish a project, that would be why.
-Shipping in the US is $6 added to your price given at the time of a quote, International shipping is to be determined.
-If for any reason you need to cancel your commission I will give you a refund depending on how much of the project I have completed. (i.e if I have half your commission finished then you will get half of your money back. But if it is finished and ready for shipping no refund will be given and the paws will be altered and sold)
-Payment plans can be accepted but a minimum deposit is required upfront. Until the deposit is paid I will not start on your commission. Payments are to be through PayPal only
-During work of your commission I will remain in contact with you, sending you WIP's pictures and such.
-If I am going to be unavailable I will let you know personally, I will take projects with me just in case I have time to work.
-I will send you a paper receipt when I ship your commission, it will state how much you paid me and what it is that I made for you.
-I work on projects in the order I receive the materials
