I seriously almost hit a jaybiking cyclist.

I was just driving normally, it's night, goin the residential speed limit
And I'm coming up on this green light and out of no where this cyclist springs the fuck out. And I almost didn't register him cause he blended into the darkness and I fucking slam on my brakes and he hopped off his bike aS well. I didn't hit anything BUT I WAS SO FUXKING CLOSE like a moment later and I would have. I just yelled out my open window OH MY FUCKING GOD ARE YOU OKAY DID I HIT YOU ARE YOU OKAY????

And he said" I just got off I'm fine" somthin like that ans started walking away with his bike??? I'm in the middle of this small neighborhood intersection just staring at him with my jaw dropped not knowing what just happened . He's just strolling away. Omfg... I've never been so scared.
