I'm doing okay. Been having some brutal heatwaves at my job but still getting through it. Farthest I've traveled lately has been near San Diego going South and to Pamona to attend Califur going North. Mainly just staying home out of the heat surfing FA.

When in doubt escape to the mountains! Don't know if you've been there but Morrel Falls hiking trail up swan valley is a really nice hike through the forest and ends at a beautiful waterfall. There are places to quietly observe the falls too when you reach them. ^^

I'm doing way better from when I called you last week. Still have trigger moments but have chilled out for the most part. I'm currently taking a two day semi-mandatory trip to some places to heal and relax. Which has helped. Finally got my clear clean water swim in, to clean the soul.

I haven'tbeen there, but if our luck holds Roak & I will be scouting out a lake on Saturday thathe discovered last week. x.x I am currently tree starved, haha. I would love to go sometime with you!
