Learning how to instantly draw something from your head...

was talking with GeneralIrrelevant and Barenosso tonight about drawing ideas from imagination, and some intesting things were said that I want to note down here.
"GeneralIrrelevant: A mental image popped into your head.That is how you draw, that very first image that pops in.That's how you know what to draw, it's usually right.So when you have your story, you just think description.Then draw what pops into your head the same way.
I studied that way for a long time until I can draw instantly what pops into my head first.
It's why I can draw so fast and with such loose linework."
I'd like to learn how to do this, too. GI says they trained to do this a lot by doing free art raffles and such for random peeps.
What am I afraid of? I should do this too and gett better...
