trello? what is this?

A website to organize stuff like projects at work but its a great solution for a commission queue. You can put in there infos like the description of the picture etc. Easy overview for yourself and people commissioning you.

An example https://trello.com/b/i43kjZKG/commission-list use it for myself as an overview about stuff I get.

You could make a list for every batch with name of the commissioner, number of pictures and the description and such. Needs regular maintenance though!

Using Trello would be a great idea and would really help you. Could I also suggest abandoning uploading finished pieces to your gallery first method and just sending the finished pieces directly to people as they're done? That way you won't be constrained by FA's flooding policy, can do it on a more rolling basis, and people won't be left guessing and wondering if their stuff will appear in the next batch and you can get most of it done in a few hours of frantic dropboxing and sending.

Yea I also use Trello, once you get the hang of it its a real life saver.
Also I know you have a lot of users concerned about the wait times.
Perhaps put something on your front profile, that wait times greatly very.
I know of one artist that takes a very long time due to the amount of commissions they get.
Here check out there page, and I never see any complaints because it's already stated times could be very long.

But don't ever give up, your art is well worth the wait times!

If you're not going to upload the images to FurAffinity, upload them to Imgur and PM them the link or email them to the people who commissioned them. Stop being lazy and ignoring everyone who commissioned you.

I'm honestly starting to doubt you even done the pieces while you're away and you're doing them as days pass now since you returned.

I'm sure there's a reasonable explanation for things. Yes, she has told us when pics would be posted but never happened, but that happens. I ordered 3 pieces and I was thinking the same thing you were, but then looked at the number of comments in her journal and understood, because she has a lot on her plate right now.
