IMPORTANT- About commissions
So I was just offered a full time web design job. This will most definitely impact commissions.
Instead of sending out invoices all at once, I will be doing them in batches of probably 2-3. I'm very sorry but I cannot let something this important slip from me and need to invest my entire being into it. You will all get art and are guaranteed your spot, but it may be a bit of a wait.
I'm gonna probably start sending the first 2-3 invoices Saturday. Again, I apologize but want to reassure everyone I chose that you are still guaranteed your spot and I have saved your applications. <3

Also, kudos for this message! It's always wise to prioritise the full time work over hobbies or casual interests (unless commissions are a full time job, which they are for some), and the fact you're giving this heads up to all your customers is even better.
So many artists fall foul of poor communication to folks, so well done, and good luck with the new job!
And yeah, I prefer complete transparency! I'm kinda relieved that I didn't take anyone's money yet. Now I can still work on them, but in small batches heheheh
