ATTN: Really Want More Bleuxwolf Artwork, Follow My Twitter!
Even though this was something already being done in transition, it's harder to actually say this. If you already followed my twitter, you may have seen a post I made recently https://twitter.com/Bleuxwolf/statu.....05710878142464 describing my slow transition from here. Despite me just recently posting an art gantlet of commissions, you may have noticed or just got brought to notice my art posting here has been getting slower and slower but my twitter has been getting regular postings. I'm thinking about eventually stop posting my artwork here and posting more so over on twitter and maybe start utilizing my DA account again. I'm starting to get more comfortable using that site despite some features lacking (mainly post editing). More people are starting to post more of their work over there; it's more reliably available; despite building up a good base here, I believe my twitter is starting to get the ball rolling down the hill to be comfortable using as a primary gallery and build up there now; and I can easily get in contact with y'all over there. I may still make special announcements or posts here every now and then but I'm mostly going to post my artwork regularly on twitter and it's going to get really slow here. So that's why if you really support my work and would like to still follow, it's highly recommended you start following my twitter for updates and such.

This doesn't mean I will delete this account so y'all can still view my gallery here but it does mean I will post more on my twitter and new regular postings here will soon cease. This is not your typical "FA went down! FA is bad! I'm leaving. (And possibly be back next day)" type post especially considering there's no drama BS going one right now but I know there will be another soon so this is a good window. This thought about transitioning from here was thought about for a while now and a lot of factors were taken into account. If you don't use twitter but is curious, I encourage you to check it out at least. If you don't want to use twitter, you can still see my gallery through the link whenever.
So I might post a few more commission pieces or I might just stop it here if the feeling is there but I know outside-of-commission pieces will stop being posted here. But no need for "goodbyes" or "we'll miss you" since again, I'll be posting away on twitter & I'm still one click away from availability!
As always, thank you for all of your support! And hopefully I'll see you in Twitterland or even DA!

Following you there now. And yeah, I don't blame you. I seem to be making a transition somewhat away from this site myself.

Yeah, I didn't want to do this in an instant like some do especially whenever this site goes down because the usual happens afterwards. That's why I really had to think about the decision.

I like the way you thought that through. As folks leaving the site whenever it goes down has basically become a running joke, with "they'll be back" etc all over it.

Exactly! It's basically seen as a kneejerk reaction and in usual cases it is even for ones who actually wanted to leave. At least really thinking it over cements the decision more so instead of going by reactions only to second guess yourself.

Something made worse when each of the sites to migrate to tend to have their own issues. I don't think I need to list the sites or their issues here. I'd say they're well known enough at this point.

Yeah, tbh I'm not really looking into furry websites for that reason and also because I'm just looking at reliable sites to share my work that can be potentially be viewed and enjoyed more.

Hence Twitter. And Tumblr for a lot of others. To the point where I've seen some say that websites like FA are now obsolete.

Twitter is a better option. Tumblr is too clunky IMO. Even DA is a viable option still. And with DA I can open up subjects to a wider audience like twitter.

Definitely. Hell, I tried to like Tumblr, but it's just too barren (I never get any replies/messages/etc) for one, and for two, with my paltry 0.9 Mbps bandwidth, the site just has way too many gifs, and crap and takes too long to load with my internet. And yeah, I still use DA for my SFW stuff.

Yeah Tumblr is a mess and things can easily get lost there more so than twitter. And even though as Marikjfoxx below mentioned about the concern over art getting lost in some tweets, it's not as bad as tumblr.

Personally, I would rather use a gallery for artwork then to use Twitter for artwork as it can get buried under a bunch of other tweets,

Yeah that is a concern I heard before from some and took that into account as well. It is possible to find their artwork through their media gallery but it's a little less convenience on that but it is more convenient to keep up with your favorite artist.

I really don't blame you since i've been on twitter and it's better for folks who are doing a business. And tumblr for seeing a lot of artwork and blogs.Though i have one for art related stuff.
