The trouble with copyright
First off, I got the Anthrocon video up minus a couple of tracks. Now I have a top 10 list uploaded for what I believe to be the best Pokemon episodes from season 1. As I expected, someone put up a copyright claim against it despite the fact that this is essentially a commentary. I use bits from the show with a lot of voiceover. In fact, any audio I left in is only a few seconds worth. This time, I'm disputing the claim because I know this is fair use. Hopefully I'll get it resolved soon. If not, I'll find another way around it.

Don't blame copyright, blame the over-agressive bots they use instead of humans. Bots don't know what "fair use" is.

Only thing I can think of that would be a violation is the 10 second rule. So long as you do not have over 10 seconds of a continues segment and doing a commentary, then you should be fine.
