Any advice for someone down on their luck?

I lost my job a few weeks back, and I have a rent cheque due tomorrow that I'm 100 dollars short on.
Making matters worse. I have a 500 dollar payment for my tuition I need by the end of the week.
Needless to say I'm at my wits end, and I'm seriously considering selling my characters. I dont want to, but I might have to.. sad thing is I dont even have a ref for all of them.
TLDR; Up shits creek without a paddle.
