Lately I've been getting more requests from a mix of my watchers and random people. For the most part, the reason why I put open request was more out of kindness for everyone who watching Kuzooma1 as I had little watchers back than way before I became more proactive in posting artwork on. For while, the requests were little and simple to do so I didn't mind doing requests as I was still figuring out what I should be drawing to keep everyone entertained so I could fit them within the schedule I setup every month. But as we moved out of winter and into spring I've made a lot more plans for projects I wanted to do, as well as completing commissions and keeping track of all the stuff I needed to do the outside of FA so the number of requests I did went down. Now, it much harder to keep up the requests, which there’s a lot, and keep do all the other tacks I wanted to do. So at this moment, I will close all future requests for the time being. This mean I will be taking any new that is sent to me I will have to decline them.

Rest assured that I record each request so I won't forget who asked what and at what time.

All those who asked for requests before this post I will still do, but there are a few things you must know about. One is that I have to find an actual time where I can focus on your and only your requests, like a time of month where I've done large amount of projects I want to, find myself struggling on ideas or a little of both. When I do requests I want to make them special, like an event, so that the requests have more… I guest in a phase “more meaty”. I think doing too many requests sort of sours the magic in taking requests. Where taking requests was a great chance in doing pieces I never thought of doing before, as well as making the requester happy. But now, there are too many to do right now so I have to plan it out before jumping right back into it.

Two, and this is the rashes changes in the bunch, I choose the quality of each of each requests I get. Meaning every piece onward that is request will properly not be shaded, will properly not be colored or will not have smooth lines. The reason for this is the fact that a lot of requests have been getting more and more complex. Which will leads to putting in more time and planning to do into just requests than I would in projects came up myself or commissions that currently doing.

As for when requests will be back, that's the other thing talk about. Open request will not be announced with an actual date, but it will pop up from the time to time. There will be limit of how many requests I take on, about maybe 4 or 5 and it be a time where I can focus purely on them.

I know I've disappointed a lot of people but it a decision that I've been wrestling with for a months because I don't want to make anyone get by this. It's just time has changed, my focus has changed and I want to try to keep everyone at the same time I want to enjoy what I love to do. Please forgive me.
