Some of these look photo-shopped.

Some of them can be explained away by later building renovations. Double-doors on the second floor might have actually been a new door on an old loading door for lifting large things to the second floor.

However, some of them are just plain and simple fuck-ups or sheer laziness. Trees through a roof? Someone didn't want to dig up a tree. Ramp that suddenly becomes stairs? Someone read the blueprints wrong or just didn't care. Garage door on the second floor? Uhhhhhhhhh........ ^o0^
