We are all family, just scattered across the country. This crazy group of fursuit wearing people helped me through my losses these last few years. Now we are here for you. I will see you Labor Day weekend.

This is never an easy thing for any one to cope with or even want to face in life. I know from being there when both of my grandparents spent their final days with us. My grandfather could no longer battle the cancer, and two months after he passed my grandmother followed him, dying from a broken heart.

I hope that your father goes peacefully and without any complications that would cause both of you too much discomfort in an already trying time.

You have many friends here to support you. We will all be here for you.

It will hurt when he passes, but he will always have a special place in your heart. There he will spend the rest of time reminding you of the great moments you two had together.

Spend this time with him, taking care of him during his final moments, then take some time to take care of yourself and mend.
