So my sister and I agreed with our neighbor to do a fursuit commission for him for MFF which is December 1. We agreed on arm sleeve and hand paws since he had a head, feet, and tail.

The other day, the appartment where he kept all his stuff caught fire. His head is in tact but smoky. His mom said that he now needs a whole new head even when we told her it takes a good bit of time to make one. She also said she couldnt pay us till next monday and it takes a week for the fur to arrive.

We priced the head at $500. My question to you is should we try to do the head commission when we have 4 months to do it ot should we tell her theres no time and just do his arms/hands? Or should we price her extra for rush work?

Any advice would help. This would be our first head commission.
