I swear paypal is the worst when it comes to this type of thing, granted I've never had this particular issue over a refund (it could be because of the amount you received back and how it was issued by the person sending it to you, as in not done as a normal transaction)

Yes, It was because I payed it using Dad's account, then when I moved and got my own paypal I had them send me the money, so all that $$$ plus kigu commissions made them think twice

Ahh okay, I can see with it being a new account and all how suddenly receiving a sum of $$$ might make them a bit sus. I hope they can sort the issue quickly for you.

Have you tried calling paypal, and talking to them over the phone? It seems calling can be more helpful at times, compared to email. Explain you've sent everything they needed, and need o get this resolved. I hope it all works out.

That's odd, usually they lock accounts when you get a lot of small transactions... I've witnessed that before, but I never heard of it being locked because of bigger transactions :c my dad buys stuff like guitars often and alse makes and gets larger transactions, but this never happened...
