What type of PC is it? (IE: Laptop or desktop?) And how old is it? That can help a lot with diagnostics. I'm no expert (yet, that's what my college courses are for >_>) but I should be able to do my best to help you out with that, as a dead computer really sucks.

It's a desktop Windows 7. It's a few years old now. Between 5 and 7 atleast. Was planning on updating everything on it to make it like new, but then this happened.

Judging by what you said above and here, it might be an issue with the CPU overheating or simply dying out as that range is the average age for a CPU to simply burn out, so I'd try cleaning off any and all fans in the computer and (carefully) the area around the CPU, a damp rag usually works pretty well.
While cleaning/dusting it, check the capacitors on the board (They're the circular things that look kind of like drums) If they look corroded, maybe with the tops broken open, or broken and listing off the board, then that's definitely an issue (maybe not the only one though.)

Assuming that's not the issue, if nothing happens at all when you try to turn it on, no lights or beeps or anything, then the power supply might have died, as generally with CPU failures the computer may try to start before quickly dying.

It most likely is not a virus, as those rarely kill computers completely, and I doubt it's an issue with the hard drive(s) due to the keyboard and AVG failing as well. (Though multiple problems is definitely possible, IE: CPU fried and took out something with it, happened with my old desktop. Or potentially a virus mixed with a dying component or something.)

Tha Anniversary Update has trouble with some Antivirus Programs,
aka they won't run properly or even the Licence gets removed by the System.

The whole Update is pretty eh... having big trouble with my comp so far
trying to get it up and running without freezing or endless boot.

It's still a windows 7. I avoided W10 like the plague.

I hope there won't be too much of a delay either, it sucks to be without a computer for too long when you need it for work. Moreso hope it isn't a really serious issue that could be expensive to fix.

It had problems powering up the days before. Normally a replug would get it work again for the day. Today, it wouldn't turn on at all. Only thing is the keyboard would light up. No other lights, beeps or anything.

Sounds like your Power Supply went out.

I agree which sucks since you probably can't just grab a computer power supply from online or the store. If it is the case, open up the case and pull out the hard drives since even deleting their contents won't delete them also grab any part(s) that are obviously salvageable and maybe later you can with the proper know how use them to upgrade a new computer or add to its RAM or such.
