Due to recent events, I would like to make it abundantly clear that by commissioning adult art from ME or ANYONE ELSE, you are agreeing that you are at least 18 years of age.
It is ILLEGAL for artists to provide NSFW content to anyone younger than 18 over the internet, regardless of what the legal age is wherever you may live. The artist, who I'm sure had no intention of doing so, could get in SERIOUS trouble if such a thing came to light, and you getting some furry porn is NOT worth someone potentially spending years in jail and/or being listed as a sex offender.

Isn't there any way to protect ourselves when we have no proof of the age of the commissioner? I mean, it's the internet, people don't even have to give their real age here.

Well if you ever did get into legal trouble, a lawyer would be able to prove your innocence for that very reason, I think. I'm no legal expert however, but there probably is some sort of clause or something protecting distributors in that regard. FA needs to come up with some sort of age verification system in my opinion
