I'm considering making a Telegram, to meet new people and because the "stickers" thing really appeals to me. However, I don't know much about it? I just know it's a free-to-use, open-api chat system. I know nothing other than that. And it's hard to justify going on a new chat site (especially with my CRIPPLING PARANOIA AND SOCIAL ANXIETY) when you know nothing about it. Can someone throw me a bone, or two, and tell me a little about it? I'd really appreciate it!
