Why dose it have to be Pay Pal to comission artists here?

I want to make a statement on the issue I'm facing ATM. Not too long ago, I bided at a YCH auction that 
Gem-Wolf did. It was for a Pokémon Go themed YCH art. I thought it would interest me. Because ever since I saw an artwork that is commissioned to a fellow Pokémon cosplayer 
MegaCharizardX of her sergal fursona as a trainer for and with her fursuit. Since then, I'd like that art like that done for me. But instead, It would be my main fursona (soon to become my second suit) with a shiny Umbreon.
The reason I want to pay money to have Bruzo as a Pokémon trainer of his (my) umbreon Is because I have not received much photos in my pokemon fursuit at conventions that I didn't need to pay for. Those that are taken by photographers be it as professional cosplay photographer that volunteer to take photos or work for an editor of some sort to those that took their kids to conventions I was at. The shiny version of umbreon is a huge significance to me as a fur because he is the suit that I put on the first time I be in a fursuit. That Pokémon is my Bab at the time I got him. And for that I really wanted my 2 cosplays (at the time I receive the art Bruzo Dragonius will be a complete suit hopefully) to be in the one art piece.
Not that I'm against artists charging through Pay Pal all together to draw for the commissioner or competing against other furs for these type of things. Be it as an action, buying slots, raffles or a dance off. Not that I don't have internet banking nor even a Pay Pal. As a matter of fact, I have both. Just that 1. admitting that I had help wiring some of my money from my savings to Red Neb Studios via my pay pal. At the time I commissioned for a mask blank for me to use as a resin blank for my argoninan fursuit head I am planning to make for me. And 2. this Pay Pal is giving me the shits as I find it near impossible to transfer my money from one of me bank accounts to my Pay Pal account as that I only last time I transferred $AU400 just to pay for my argonian mask blank. And as of now I have 0 on Pay Pal because I only transferred my money which I spent on my argonian resin blank.
IDK. Gem Wolf is the only Australian artist I found that are doing the closest resemblance to the artwork I wanted to have done. And I like my could've been argonian fursuit commission, I'd feel I only afford to commission artists that charge the Australian dollar at highest. Gem seems to be a heaps good artist. Don't get me wrong. I do not want to give up my prize but I'm still new to Pay Pal. Pay Pal is so user unfriendly to my standards. I received a notification from Gem saying I still haven't paid her yet and I will when I can. I'm trying to redeem my reputation from artists as one nearly fucked me right up reguarding my argonian fursuit commission by plastering my name on the artist beware site.
Fuck I wished I did not have a dislike to my dance video I used to enter the Kerfluffle because that itself fucked me right up in the comp. So thus gave me a disadvantage because judges pick on that criteria I think. Because if I do win (not like I would anyway, I'd use that request to do art of Bruzo with a shiny umbreon.
I do not want to tell anyone what to draw for me for free. People are more than welcome to draw whatever and whoever they want. If you want to draw my fursona, for me, awesome. I will appreciate the effort. But if you don't so be it.
