Most of the episodes tend to cover topics that are relevant at the time, be they political, pop culture, whatever. Some are hilarious, while others are very hard to watch.

The games you're asking about are pretty graphic and nasty in some parts. XP

Well... South Park is a very interesting show.
Matt Stone and Trade Parker (aka the creator from the series) are clearly masterminds, because they brought to life to a show who manage to: have a huge lore that stand alone just by itself, cultural references that aren't annoying but a very constructive criticism and a huge MIDDLE FINGER to politically correct (which is common in adult animation, but they have done so well... And they are basically pioneers)... Needless to say: that this is the best aspect of the show.

But I do have to warn you: when I said a "middle finger", I was deadly f**ing serious. The creators actually take this so seriously... That they are both mormon and jew... However, even that didn't stopped then from make fun of their "religions' flaws" and what the people who hates the show actually thinks of it.

So yeah... I totally recommend "Stick of Truth" (except the PC version)... "The fractured But Whole" might be even better... And the series totally deserve to be watched. My tip is: doesn't take the jokes too seriously.

simple animation, where we don't exactly expect the show be what it is... The show is awesome becuse it have a bit of everything in the real world (a fat bad kid, a jew, a boy who always dies*, Stan, being the most regular character, an innocent kid that always get grounded(Butters)

I'll agree that it can get to be pretty cringey at times, but what I've noticed about the more graphic moments of that show usually serve primarily to make things more absurd. Many of the over-the-top violent deaths I've seen in this show have been for the dumbest reasons you could ever imagine, for instance. The games, from my understanding, get just as graphic as the show, so be mindful of that. I honestly cringe at violence and some sexual stuff, too, but in all honesty, I've ceased to care about that; it's a show for which it's appropriate to let go of your inhibitions. I personally consider Matt Stone and Trey Parker, South Park's creators, to be some of the greatest satirists of all time, certainly kings of our time.

Some of the episodes are really hit or miss. A lot of times they like to use shock humor. I would recommend the episodes: "Scott Tenorman must die" and "the loosing edge". Scott Tenorman must die is about Cartman getting revenge on a kid who swindled him, and the loosing edge is about them all playing baseball.
As for the game, as long as you aren't easily offended I think you should be fine. For example, if a Nazi zombie fetus offends you, I wouldn't recommend it.

I had watch South Park to the 2008 episode, can't really remember.

This one never found South Park amusing. It's creative for its poking fun at all cultures in a harmless manner, but the humour itself is poor. Nothing but profanity and obscene language non-stop. Lots of people may laugh, but it's not funny. It's a severe lack of creativity. This one has seen comedy shows that have no bad language, yet are hilarious, because they're well-written, as are the jokes, both visual gags and character dialogue. This one would like to see South Park, without the excessive language, and then see if it's still viewed as funny by viewers.

I used to watch it, but my cable got rid of the channel that was suppose to show it on.

I've seen every South Park episode, special, the movie, and I've beaten Stick of Truth.

So I can vouch that the show is worth binge watching/marathoning thru.

I'd say it's a pretty bad show, but it has it's moments. I remember the episode with anime fanart. This show has some balls compared to Family Guy, that shit show.
