I've found out recently I like asmr as a form of relaxation.
and I've found it works out pretty well.
wondering who else uses asmr to relax.

I don't do it often but more or less when i wanna relax.

if you mean fan as in sexual then it's most likely not the same.
if you mean it just relaxes you then maybe.
But it probably doesn't count~
Here's a question, does the sounds of a crackling fire count as well? Like say for example a Yule Log, a recording of a fire (specifically the sounds it makes)
