TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these terms and conditions before inquiring about a commission. Once you have read them, you may contact me via PM here on FA or email at foxteefies[at]gmail.com. Please note that email is a much faster and reliable way to contact me.
!!!Please do not send inquiries to my tumblr unless you have not gotten a response within 36 hours!!!
By reading the following, you acknowledge that you will abide by the guidelines set in place.
Upon commissioning me and after sending my your references/descriptions, a PayPal invoice will be sent and you will be required to make your payment within 24 hours to confirm your slot. Failure to pay within that time frame will cancel your slot confirmation. If you are unable to pay, please let me know so the slot can be re-announced ASAP.
Repeated failures or ignoring my communication will result in your being blacklisted from working with me in the future.
I will not work with minors. I require my clients to be at least 18 years of age. If you are not 18, please have your parent or guardian contact me to inquire about artwork.
References are required, I will not work off of only a description.
Sketches will be provided in the early stages so that corrections may be made. Once linework is completed some changes can be made for an extra fee depending on complexity. By reading this, you acknowledge that some changes may not be possible once the piece has progressed so far.
In the case of a YCH (your character here) things can be added(i.e. horns, wings, etc), however if your character is significantly different than my original sketch there may be an extra fee for the add-ons depending on size/complexity.
If you do not wish for me to post your commission publically, please let me know and I will honor your request.
I may post work in progress pictures to my Instagram, if you do not wish for me to share W.I.Ps of your artwork, please let me know and I will honor your request.
Upon completion, I will send a picture of the finished work and confirm your name and shipping address in order to prepare your artwork for mailing. Artwork will almost always be shipped on Saturdays, and I will notify you once it has shipped or if shipping must be postponed.
Currently I do not offer tracking, and I have not had any problems with my work reaching the recipient, but you may ask about adding tracking to your package. Please ask for tracking right away, as I will factor that into your invoice.
I ship worldwide, and shipping prices may be affected depending on your location. Please let me know immediately if you are not located in the United States as I may have to update you on shipping prices.
Turnaround
Currently I am only offering slots a few at a time, so time of completion can vary from two weeks to a month. I can send updates of your piece by request.
As info, I work by setting hours aside for myself. I work in an office full time, so freelancing is done after already working a 9 to 5. My general freelance hours are Mon-Fri 7:00PM (CST) until 11:00pm (CST) and it is during this time I will respond to inquiries and work on your piece.
What I will draw;
Animals, Furries/Anthros, Humans, Fandom related/inspired.
(Fandom inspired means exactly that. EX. your character wearing clothing from a series or representing a series, with an item from a series, etc.)
What I won’t draw(or don’t currently offer at this time);
Porn, Complex backgrounds, Realism, Copyrighted characters.
If you’re not still not sure if I’ll draw it, please just ask me.
The commissioner has the right to repost the artwork made for them but may not claim it as theirs or use the it for monetary gains. Please do not repost or redistribute my work otherwise. Reblogs from my blog are fine.
If the artwork is Fandom related and you wish to repost it but you are not the commissioner, you will be required to have explicit permission from myself and the commissioner as well as linking back to both myself and the commissioner.
This T.O.S is undergoing corrections and revision, and updates may be made until all the kinks are worked out. I will notify everyone if there have been any changes via my other social medias such as Instagram(littlevulpines) and Tumblr(littlevulpines).
