7 Years of Mixing - Critical Error 06 is Here!

It's hard to believe that 7 years ago I took up the nullstrukt alias and started playing around with mixing music. Now I couldn't really imagine what it would be like not to have this wonderful hobby, and I hope that passion comes through in the mixes I create.
Critical Error 06 is the latest installment of my annual series that serves as a showcase and benchmark of where I am. It's going back to my roots and mixing (mostly freeform) hardcore, the genre I learned to mix on and still one of my favorite styles of music ever, and this year's installment is a very high energy one with a rather stompy finish. I hope you enjoy the mix as much as I enjoyed making it! :D

Hard to believe it's been 7 years already! I remember when you were still thinking about getting into it, then when you first started and cranked out your first sets. You've gotten so smooth at it now, and I recall too how you wanted and hoped to be able to DJ dances and now you do it all the time. ^_^ It's amazing to see how far it came and how quickly in that time.

He he, yep! And I wouldn't say that I've been DJing dances all the time lately (I've actually played very few shows the past year, but yeah, I'm pretty happy with how far I've progressed over the years and hope to keep it going. :)

I'm sure ya will. :) And with anything we love doing, there are going to be "down" times where one year might have a lot less adventuring than others. Like... I have been kayaking only twice so far this year, if you can believe that, despite taking over 20 days off so far for it. XD When times pick up, they pick up! With as good as you are, you'll no doubt have times where you're really busy. :)
