New Intuos Tablet Help???

I got a new tablet today, and I can't get the pen pressure to work in SAI at all. It works in Photo Shop Elements, so it should work in Sai, BUT I GUESS NOT???
On top of that, the software bundle key I was given with it is either invalid or has already been used??? IT'S A BRAND NEW TABLET, THE THING WAS SEALED, IT SHOULD WORK.
It's the medium Creative Pen and Touch tablet.
