Ditto. Difference, now, is that I paid $3500 for a rifle that's still worth probably almost, if not all its original purchase price, where someone else who put $3500 into furry art would be lucky to see any sort of return on that. And honestly, as much as I do like the art, the rifle's more fun.
More fun and a far greater investment. Buying furry art is around the same level as buying cocktails at a bar. It might give you a level of satisfaction, but it's only fleeting and is worthless to you when you're homeless on the streets and all you have is $20k of computer generated dog dicks.
better investment than a suit. A suit would be fun, but I only plan on commissioning one when I have so much money that I could shovel it in a burn pit without losing any sleep.
I can understand some builders prices, but others are simply profiteering and and pandering to spoiled rich kids(the same ones that ruin the fun for everyone else). I would name a few but we are in mixed company.
I think I keep the Cherokee!
That is my view!
Guns you can handle, modify, shoot, collect, resell for value, etc.
Way I see it, furry smut isn't gonna help me amputate the limbs/genitals of anyone wanting to do me harm.
just sayin
