Or well, a friend is looking to commission one but journal titles only go so long.

Not sure on price, but probably like $7-$10 depending on character complexity. I can do simple animations too once I figure out how to use GIMP like that. My original icon had a popping heart bubble, but the program I used didn't like the colors I was using and really hecked it up ;;;;
