URGENT: Please Read

My apartment was broken into . They stole My Cintiq (with the ergo stand), one of my monitors , my printer/scanner, my two headsets, an old scanner that was still in the box, and a mouse. Commissions are on hold until I can replace them, or find some kind of alternative. I know there are many questions but I just can't answer them right now. I just need some air, and I don't feel safe spending the night in this place. I'll get back to everyone once I'm in a better mental state. I apologize for any inconvenience.
it isn't expensive, compared to replacing one's valuables.
I've seen this sort of thing happen to too many folks I know here in town. :(
I'm so sorry to read that you have fallen victim to what I am suspecting is a horrible breach of trust.
please, stay safe, take care... and then, perhaps, start questioning how a thief would have known such things were there to steal.
I had a friend here in town get robbed in a similar way -- it turned out her babysitter had noticed the valuables around, and once he figured out when nobody else would be home, got his friends to come in and steal all of their guns and other pawnable things.
I hope you will be able to get it all replaced and the dirtbag found.
I hope you can feel safe again and that you can get the items replaced.

I hope the police will arrest burglars, I hope you will recover all your stuff, I realy hate the thiefs...
I was involved in a robbery at work once. Nothing of mine was stolen, but I stared down the barrel of a gun from maybe 10 ft away. It takes a while to sink in, and then you just don't feel safe. I remember that night we didn't want to go home.. we just went to one of those diners and drank coffee most of the night. It's a physical reaction, fight or flight has kicked in and even though we don't act on it, the adrenaline dump can make you feel awful.
Are you insured? I'm sure folks would come together to help out. They always do.
Might be worth investing in some security stuff for your house if you can. :c

I hope you get your stuff back, and whoever did it gets taken in to jail.
