EF22 Recap

Words cannot describe what an incredible experience EF22 turned out to be. For a first time visit, I’d say this one went quite well!
Together with
talrion, the adventure began on Wednesday. It was great meeting him for the first time in person. I liked him straight away! Which I didn’t doubt since we’ve known eachother for so long. After figuring out the public transport network, we’ve got to our hotel. Man, that was quality. Our own TV, fridge, heater, bath tub.. To think that just a day prior we did consider a cheaper alternative in the form of a hostel, closer to the convention. Glad we didn’t! Once unpacked we went straight up to the convention at the Estrel hotel, where we spent pretty much the rest of our day.
Man, the many faces we met. Some familiar, most of them new…
One of the people I’ve been absolutely dying to meet was
teren. And boy, what a great guy he is! I just cannot find the words to explain how much of a fun, gentle and kind-hearted person he is. We had a lot of fun together over the days, along with his friends that I was introduced to. Friends like 
cirez, 
dreamandnightmare, and many many more! I have a terrible memory with names, so I won’t try to make myself look too much of an idiot.
Some of the true highlights was the vore meet and the macro meet. Of course I just –had- to go to those events. Familiar faces like
rogue and 
famis (first time I saw him in suit!) where there, but also a lot of other familiar and new names. the way, speaking of famis, that was just –so- much fun when I saw him again IRL. What an energy! Other guys like 
dcuk and 
tomthedragon87 have also proven to be excellent company. There are just so many names to mention, though…
In between the convention, me and talrion obviously had to visit Berlin and do our job like proper tourists and take photos of various things. Berlin is absolutely a marvellous city to loose yourself in (which we kinda did once). We learned a great detail about the city’s history, as well as the country’s history. There are just so many things to see and do. Kinda wish we took more vacation days there, prior to the convention, and explore the capital in more depth.
So a common question asked to me is: will I attend EuroFurence next year again?
That’s a maybe! I had such a blast and there is plenty reasons to go back. On the other side, there are many more conventions I have not yet visited but would still like to! For now, I just have to wait and see what my options are.
To summarize. Guys. EuroFurence is absolutely fantastic. You guys really gave me a weekend to remember. There're so many creative, fun and engaging people out there.. I really loved it. Thank you all oh so much for making this a wonderful experience ~

I need to go to a con sometime... looking into maybe FWA this upcoming year I don't know yet. :)
It was great to meet you and hang out with you. :) You're such a nice person and I'm glad you had a good time - both in Berlin and at the convention.
