well, it happened again. I crashed skating.. I was comming out of a corner and my frames clicked together which made me stumble, I tried to catch my balance but hit wet pavement and down I wqent into a sideways suiperman style right down onto my arm under my hip, crushed, painful.. I'm in quite a bit of pain right now

so it goes like this

LEFT SIDE

bruised elbow
sore hip

RIGHT SIDE

crushed forearm
badly bruised elbow
scraped arm and shoulder
sore hip and knee
scraped thiegh, hip and calf
bloody knee

luckily I was wearing a long sleeve shirt and doing medium speed drills, not high speed
