Hey, so...I have some new watchers, that I've not known forever. Hi everybody.
This is mostly to bump the furredwords blog journal off the front page since I've been too down to post anything like I should. I'll kick start it again someday I just...meh. I'm good at getting myself hyped and then when I get zero feedback it takes the wind out of my sails.
Anybody who's wondering why I took my relationship info down from the profile, I was politely asked to. So...yeah that's a thing I guess but I'm trying to not think about it too hard. Still poly, still looking to make new friends and meet new people though lol.
I'm really okay, I've been through much worse depressive spells than this. I'm just stressed because I was supposed to be flying to Texas to watch my sister graduate from basic training this next weekend, but then found out I have to be the ride along in the rental car with my dad and brother. I get carsick, and this is an 18 hour each way trip. Suddenly, I'm not as excited, but I'm still stoked to see her. She's 8 years younger than me and is a total little badass. I could never do a lot of the things she does, and while every once in a while I catch myself moping about that, I just remind myself that she can't carry a tune in a bucket and isn't artistic to save her life. She painted her room salmony orange and pepsi can blue for chrissakes lol. We are such wildly different people it's not even funny.
Umm, let's see. I plan on going to Midwest FurFest this year with one of my boyfriends, hoping to see old and new friends there. Hoping to get a few more quilt commissions before the end of September so I can have spending money too. (If you're interested, PM me. I plan on getting example pics up and a pricing journal soon.) Also thinking about opening up writing commissions too, but I'll keep posting freebies I guess... Hoping that when
Candy is feeling better we can work on our super secret collab idea. But I want her happy & healthy more than I want to work on that. <3
