Eurofurence and end of August.

IMAGINATION IS A MUSCLE...THE MORE YOU TRAIN IT THE MORE YOU GET RESULTS. DON'T GIVE UP.
We came back a few days ago from what was, indeed, our last eurofurence.
When we arrived, not only my ankle was screaming at me, but also Wuffy and Zura were sick. Mix of con-crud and some kind of flu I think. But they are getting better.
Eurofurence wasn’t too bad I guess, even if Sunday is really NOT on my favorite list due to several events. I mostly wasn’t expecting helping newcomers with tables for a first time so they wouldn’t go full panic mode. I guess the years of experience were helping on that case.
I am not sure I will miss the convention itself, for several reasons. The hotel was doing a lot of progress for sure but the main problem was still there. But I know they are a lot of friends I will miss that I could only see at that convention. I will just hope to keep contact with them online at least some.
The trips were uneventful and allowed me to tackle down two chapters. So I was pretty glad about that part at least. I don’t know what it is with me and car trip giving me inspiration, or napping for an hour while I never manage at home.
As I mentioned before next year we are going to Confuzzled in Birmingham, England, and I do have new plans. I want to bring more to our table so I am planning to start airbrush, I found a lot of good deals for material that will help toward it. For said airbrush I am planning to restart my old project of t-shirts AND I would like to try to offer temporary tattoos at conventions too.
I promise guy I will do lots of try outs before I offer it at conventions, plus I have to check the problem with plane transport of that stuff.
But I am thinking this could be an interesting new adventure alongside the novels and pyro-engraving of the bracelets. And actually less painful on my elbow…I hope.
So I will keep you all informed.
