Is there a way to not see certain things?

So when you block a user on here it keeps them from seeing any of your stuff, but is there any way to keep yourself from seeing their posts? My late night browsing would be so much more enjoyable if I didn't have to deal with the troll and spam accounts that always seem to come out at this time.
