Summer is a good few weeks at the end of July and into August, this year was cooler overall from past Summers. I live in the Pacific Northwest. Washington State in particular and I'm North-North as in hugging the US Canada border. Fall into Winter and Spring tend to be cooler going from the 60's to 50's to below (shiver) and in that range. Its certainly not swimsuit and mudding weather for me. It could be if I wend and got a wetsuit or some sort of outfit like that, but that sorta defeats the 'feel of mud' purpose, and if its chilly out its just not fun for me as I tend to be a very warm-temp preferred person.

Ooh such a warm place, and swampy too!

I'm one to like it warm and our house is set to 70 in the winter,
We don't have household AC (its not something thats common here)
so in the summer it can get pretty toasty inside.

And in the meantime, here in NYC, at about 40.9N/73.86W we're sitting at 80F/27C. with a tropical storm warning* :D (except all we're expected to get is a lot of wind and some storm surge).

I guess we're lucky that NYC is sort-of indented from the general Eastern Seaboard coastline, hurricane-wise. On the other hand, there hasn't been much in the way of rain this summer, just a lot of heat. Our highs for the next week are still in the 80's and maybe a day of 90.

Ugh. I only got two good sessions out there. The weather has been too damn hectic. Severe storms, winds, general uglyness! It SUCKS! :(

I was lucky enough to be able to scout a new place, and revisit a few old favorites over the warm times, but nowhere near the amount of time as prior summers. still, a few is certainly better than none i suppose.
