For those who don’t know, I was diagnosed with Cushing’s disease, meaning I have a tumor on my pituitary gland…all the way back in May. I JUST GOT APPROVAL FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY TO START TREATMENT. AT UCSF. While I am relieved to finally be able to start this journey, I’m also really scared of surgery….though that might be normal for most people….
