Major Features:
-Competitive Play Season 2, major changes to skill ranking system and map rulesets.
-New hybrid payload map: Eichenwalde
-Projectile hitbox changes
-Changes to D.Va, Hanzo, Genji, Lucio, McCree, Mei, Mercy, Roadhog, Soldier 76, and Zennyata.
-Allied health bars may now be enabled for all heroes.
