No, they replied to my note saying that they don't RP on here and when I asked where to RP with her, I found that she blocked me, why?

I know, makes both of us. But being blocked means, without a second account, you won't be able to message them. And me trying on your behalf would likely net the same issue of getting blocked... Though, if you want, I could try.
