the emergency is.. he did not pick up the extra trash can she put out without paying for pick up

She sounds exactly like a woman I once knew. My bf and I wouldn't let the crazy driver pass us on a small dirt road for a whole (terrible) half mile. lol. She went and did her thing, then actually waited at the end of the dirt road for us to come back and followed us home and chewed us out like we'd done something wrong because "it was an emergency". She thought it was cool to chew on a couple teenagers (she was one of my classmate's mom, btw) while she was in the wrong. Then the rest of our crew (about 5 other teens and my mom) came out and she started chewing on them for knowing us! LOL. Her son was with her and for a minute we thought we were going to have to end a fight, but they realized they were way outnumbered and jumped in their car and left. No telling what would have happened if it'd just been the two of us.

Okay she said she had an emergency, which is why she pulled right out in front of him with no warning, but she has the time and motivation to berate him over him not picking up her trash like she wanted him to?
