for me I do a little!!! It's so hard to

even so, I dont like the Idea that I can do some serious harm to anyone, even though I still could with out all that muscle and strength.
There are five warehouse buildings.
I must've walked four miles already...and it's only lunch.
Outside of that, I do like to ride my bike into the city.
But these activities don't feel like a workout.
Other than that, no I do not work out, though maybe I should. But tend to be too tired or too busy with something to exceersise.
