I doubt it's very expensive, and you could always emulate it if you're really desperate, but honestly, platinum is one of the weaker games in the series. It's alright, but not too good

I don't want to emulate. I prefer the feel of the original console, and I plan to trade.

I have both Diamond and Platinum, but if I had to part with one I'd probably part with Diamond [I might stop being a lazy bree and actually get around to playing Platinum]

It doesn't help that I started with the PMD series instead of the main series. The only mainstream game I got close to beating completely was HG [got to Red].
