Yea it's real alright. There's actually 2 flesh lights toys out there for urethra fucking. There's that one you linked(by the way it's hard as hell to get into that ones urethra because it's kinda small at least from my experience) and then there's this one. https://www.otonajp.com/punyo-in-the-chinpo
And that one is pretty much just a giant dick shaped flesh light. They both feel amazing though. Definitely worth the buy.
