Require assistance finding source of slime inflation image

Copy and pasted from my other blog.
As the title says I desire help in finding the source of this image. While I have tried using my own "Google-Fu" as well as reverse imaging, I have come across very little in finding the source of this image and there is only so far I can go with the image alone.
So if any one of my watchers knows the source of the image, can crawl deeper through the depths of the internet using search engines that don't hide shit, or knows Japanese (I assume that's the language the characters are speaking) and can tell me what the characters are saying to help give me a clue that would be of great help. If anyone has any idea( a name of a character, if that thing going into the girl is a slime, if it's a manga or doujin or even an artist's name if you feel it's their style) I'd appreciate if ya let me know.
I doubt anyone here will know, but maybe I'll get lucky or someone on 4chan will know.

Update: New information regarding the manga. Apparently the character getting filled's name is Miyoko.

Also, the linked picture looks familiar, but I've got nothing.
But yeah I though the same. I could swear I've seen the image before but apparently as far as I can tell nobody has been able to find the source of this image since 2008. Not only has it piqued my interest as I really want to know what the heck is going on in the image and the before/after parts, but I do like the hunts for media sources. This one, unlike most of the others however is like a cold case. My only leads seem to be the anon user "Lunatic" from gurochan around 2013 and that it was at least created sometime within 2008/earlier, but even the release is only a small possibility as reverse searching says it appeared on a site, but I have no factual information that it did. I was going to go onto Gurochan and try to find the user as well as the source of the image, but the website seems down from my end when I tried to enter. For now I have to hope for a translation of their words or that someone knows something. lol.
