I was thinking this week about the new method of taking commissions and I saw another interesting method that might work for me.
It is based on: instead of slots I will open a waiting list with a limited number (for example 6). that way I will do the works in the order of that list. Whenever I start a new work with the next customer I'll ask him by note if he still wants to do. If the customer change his mind or decide to delay his turn i move to the next of the list. It is basically like my slot system, but with more free space and without obligation.
What you guys think about it? Which method seems more acceptable?
